Our Grant of Probate fixed fee offer applies only to *simple and uncontested matters and is in addition to providing will & estate services generally. Our Grant of Probate fixed fee offer is set out in more detail below.
Grant of Probate fixed fee offer:
Our Professional Costs, $1,000 plus GST – (includes receiving and reviewing the Death Certificate and Will, drafting the advertisement to be published in the Law Reporter, drafting letters, arranging advertising, serving the Public Trustee, preparing Supreme Court documents and filing the Probate Application in the Supreme Court, responding to any requisitions by the Probate Registrar and collecting the original Probate issued by the Supreme Court on your behalf. This offer is for simple matters only and does not include any complications and contested matters. Where additional work is required, further costs may apply in consultation with you so that you can take control and make informed decisions.
PLUS Outlay – Advertising fees to the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting (for Qld), $161.70 per advertisement (paid directly by you by credit card).
PLUS Outlay – Supreme Court filing fee, $748.10 (or $136.50 for eligible concession card holders) – (paid directly by you by credit card).
